Here are some facts for you to consider.
In India, there is no insurance or social security for all people, so only families in the upper classes can afford the cost of a heart operation. The Government does contribute for surgeries for the poor families, but what is granted is not enough to cover the costs.
The cost of surgery is much lower here than in developed countries ( France, USA, for example).
